Starting off in the early 90s our founder Bill Bains always had a vision of building homes that were modern and different from others at that time. He build homes that had top visual designs and convenience for our potential buyers. Fast forward to the 2000s we have grown into a team of hard-working skilled home builders that provides the best work from over 25 years of experience.
We provide our clients with high-quality materials from roofing to countertop design, flooring, and many other aspects of the home. We also provide stainless steel appliances that are built-in and convenient for our clients. Lastly, to make our clients’ lives easier when working with us we provide 2-5-10 warranty.
Our process starts off with a consultation regarding what our potential client is looking for a newly built home, renovations, etc after this we call them in to discuss our pricing and our timeline for the job. We also help our clients pick interior design and material as well.
